Kevin H. Jackson - President

As the founder of Bay Virtual, Kevin H. Jackson has over 19 years of business and technlogy experience on national and international levels.  His leadership positions include Chief Information Officer for a privately held fulfillment and logistics company and IT Director for Hewlett-Packard in charge of Consumer Marketing, Support, Call Center and CRM technologies at a global level.  He currently provides business planning and development consulting services to small businesses and entrepreneurs within Northwestern Michigan for the Traverse Bay Economic Development Corporation and the Small Business & Technlology Development Center.

His years of experience and training in business and technology development have given Mr. Jackson a strong concentration in strategic planning, business development, technology management, and customer service. He has proven experience in managing and working with Operations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Technology and Customer Support teams ranging from small to large scale and complex programs. His career path has fostered skills adept at crisis management, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and negotiating. He is recognized as a visionary with strengths in applying leading edge technologies with business processes that support company growth and sales goals.

Mr. Jackson is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Information Management. He lives in Traverse City, Michigan with his wife and two daughters.
